Ways to kill your enemies
I know way too much about killing people because of this website
I STILL DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW THESE INVISIBLE BALLS ARE SUPPOSED TO KILL YOU???? 250K NOTES DOES ANYBODY ACTUALLY KNOW
by swallowing the water without the knowledge of the balls’ presence, you’re basically destined to choke on them
bubble tea of death
Bubble tea of death
Also the marbles absorb water, so once they get inside you, they’ll start expanding even more and basically take all the fluid out of your body and you’ll very slowly dehydrate to death.
Basically Bubble Tea of Death
The glass balls have not ‘disappeared’ - they simply have a refractive index which is equal to the refractive index of water.
A refractive index of a medium is a number that describes how light (or any other radiation) travels though that medium. (See the wiki page on the refractive index)
Water has a refractive index of 1.33, so it is simply a matter of manufacturing glass spheres with a similar refractive index. Light cannot ‘see’ the difference between the spheres and the water - it travels though both as if they were the same, even though one is solid and the other is a liquid. Hence, to our eyes which detect light, we also cannot see the difference between the spheres and the water.
Because air has a refractive index of roughly 1 and the glass spheres have a refractive index of 1.33, we can see them when they are out of the water.
A big argument against same-sex marriage is that ‘traditional marriage’ is defined as being: a) for procreation, and b) exclusively between a man and a woman.
I am more than a little angry with this.
The first ‘definition’ excludes ‘traditionally’ married couples who choose not have children and those who cannot have children. If I choose never to have children with my husband, does that mean that I’m not married to him? Does it make my marriage invalid? Does it mean that my promise of commitment to him is weakened by our lack of children? Does it mean that our marriage is worth less than that of others?
As for the second - gay people deserve nothing less than heterosexual people. They are not lesser humans; we should not give them lesser rights. As the law stands today, some people can get married, and some people can’t. This is inequality. Inequality must always be corrected, so as to make all people equal in the eyes of the law.
‘Tradition’ is not a good argument for denying homosexuals the right of marriage. Not so long ago, ‘tradition’ would have seen me married and with a baby by my sixteenth birthday. ‘Tradition’ would have seen me without an education. ‘Tradition’ would have seen me without the right to own property, without the right to vote, without the right to sit in Parliament. ‘Tradition’ meant that a wife could be raped by her husband. ‘Tradition’ once meant slavery.
Is tradition always right?
